“Lpatop not as expected but return process excellent”

Hi
On line I bought a ASUS Zenbook UX305 13.3" Touchscreen Laptop – Black, I judged for the specification it was good value. I was concerned that the laptop would not have a Matt/Anti-Glare screen. The on line video for the laptop stated Matt Full HD.

The laptop was lovely apart from the gloss screen that showed reflections of lights and windows.

I phoned PC World and they said that I could take to a store for a full refund – even though I had opened the box and logged into the laptop.
It was a 25 mile car journey to PC world and the staff were wonderful. The store had a display Asus that was a nice matt anti-glare screen but had none in stock!

PC world gave a full no hassle refund, thus five stars.

Criticism is due for the on line information which to me implied that it would not be a glossy reflective screen.
