I did lighter life 2 years ago and lost 7.5 stone in 8 months. And feel really great. I have put on 1/2 stone since due to my holidays over the last few months but eating normally and its coming off again. It is expensive £66 a week but I had tried so many diets and spent so much money on other diets. I do believe that all diets have their own merits and it is best to find the one that works for you as we are all different. I did have one side effect my hair became very thin after I finished the diet but it has all grown back again since.
