Bad Points
Very poorly run company in my experience.

General Comments
I booked a flight on their website and was e-mailed the next day to say it did not go through. They asked me to call their booking line. Called and was put on hold for ten minutes. The operator spoke incredibly poor English (put me on hold four more times) and it took twenty mintues to attempt to rebook. It was too confusing and I asked to have it cancelled. Just to be sure I was understood, I inquired via e-mail to see if the reservation was indeed cancelled, I was assured they did. When I recieved my credit card statement they had charged me for the flight. I e-mailed asking them to credit the flight. They assured me that they did. It's been two weeks and the credit card company has put the charge in dispute. Air Europa has said nothing more to me on the matter yet.
