Good Points
Easy to follow, does what it says if u stick to it.
Very quick wt loss
Met lovely ppl in my group

Bad Points
Very very expensive- its a money making business.

General Comments
I lost 4.5 st in 14 weeks. easy to follow, cost £66 per week for basic food packs £75 if u want water flavouring and even more if u get the savoury shakes. My counsellor didnt really know what she was talking about - i knew more as a drug and alcohol nurse! Very hard, unsympathetic attitude. Treated us like school children!

I couldnt afford to continue after foundation programme. attending wt watchers and wt coming off at a slower pace but i can "budget" my food at 5-1000 calories and comes off quicker.
