Good Points
Great customer support fantastic signal and are good to there customers new and old ones

Bad Points
Could do with more unlimited call deals to vodafone like vodafone family unlimited calls between 4 same netwrok users for %quid a month

General Comments
Great service and all my problems i have faced o2 have been very good at sorting out speedy.
