Good Points
Small, light, very versatile phone

Bad Points
Software bugs, slow operation of the phone when calling menus

General Comments
This is a great phone for an international businessman. Battery doesn't match the advertised 300hours and there is a software bug. Everytime I try to compose an e-mail, the phone shuts itself down. Also, e-mails containing characters other than "system characters" like Ariel or Times New Roman cannot be viewed at all.
