Good Points
Everything is relatively easy to find and the extras are useful to have - even if you don't really need them all.

Bad Points
I am having a terrible time getting a network. For over a month I have not been able to use the phone.

General Comments
This was a great phone to have. I really liked it's size, and the menus were easy to use. Now I can't use it at all because it can't seem to locate a network. I have spoken to a few people who have experienced the same problem. Is it a fault with the phone? I know it's not my chip as I have no problem using it in other phones.
Can it be resolved please?
