Bad Points
Smoking allowed in last 6 rows of plane.

General Comments
Flew Air Europa from Gatwick to Madrid in May 2003 as they were the only airline left with available seats from UK to Spain as Celtic were in UEFA Cup Final there. Flight was on time, airplane very old and tatty, but hey, you get what you pay for.

Free beer and crisps for all on board was good. We were seated in row 26. In Rows 27 to 32 you were allowed to SMOKE!!! I am a petrified flyer at the best of times. This was not what I wanted to see and I thought this was illegal anyway.

All in all I would probably recommend this airline as a budget airline but I would be unsure for long haul.
