Bad Points
THE FOOD WAS VERY LOW IN FLAVOUR, AND DIDN'T TASTE VERY NICE.
WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO BUY EARPHONES, AND HAD TO PAY 3 EUROS EXTRA.
FOR EVERY SNACK WE WANTED AFTER MEALS, WE ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR.

General Comments
WE TRAVELLED FROM MADRID TO HAVANA WITH AIR EUROPA, AND WERE CHARGED EXTRA FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING!! CHARGING FOR PRODUCTS IS BAD POLICY FOR TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHTS, WHICH ARE VERY EXPENSIVE ALREADY, AND SHOULD INCLUDE ALL FACILITIES OFFERED WITH OTHER AIRLINES!!
