Good Points
Daily bus service running from camp to Blackpool and several nearby attraction (i.e zoo) Lots to do in Blackpool and you can leave the car at base.
Marton Mere Conservation area backs onto site. Lakes and walks all well maintained and plenty for the kids to investigate (with an Adult).

Aqua Bar food and drinks good and reasonable price, Bar staff in both bars friendly and efficient.

Bad Points
Evening Entertainment, of 7 nights at camp only 2 would I even use the description of entertainment. Noise levels were in my opinion over the Noise Level (defra Noise Act) and unhealthy in my opinion to All persons that were in the room. On many occasions I observed people from all ages covering their ears.
Think this may also have affected staff over holiday season, I had difficulty hearing any words only very high pitched screeching.
Caravan: Toilet and kitchen sink could have benefited by a drop of bleach.
Toilet brush, thought it was vile, disgusting and should have been binned, need I say more.

General Comments
After reading other reviews glad to say we survived our week.

Did turn out far more expensive than hoped as we went off site most days as not much for youngsters to do. The holiday was for the children and they did enjoy it. (I don't think they cared that the caravan was a bit grubby).

Expect the usual problem of finding some where to sit in the show bar of an evening, Mind you with the entertainment on offer it was not surprising how many seats were available part way through the evening.
