General Comments
Check-in at City Airport was very efficient as usual. We also checked in for the return flight later that day to save time queuing twice. The Fokker 50 aircraft was clean and tidy, and it left the gate on time. However, there was a warning light that came on just after we had started the take off run, and so we had to abort take off. It was all handled very professionally, and we taxied back and went to the back of the runway again. Therefore, we took off about 15 minutes late, which is not bad, and if you were at Heathrow in the queue to take off you would call that dead on time. The in-flight service was basic, although that should be expected for a 50 minute flight. It consisted of a complimentary drink and a rather dry roll with a choice of filling. The catering on the return flight was similar, though a snack (fruit or cheese/biscuits) was offered in lieu of the roll.
In all, it was an okay service, and I would fly with them again, if only for the convenience of City Airport.
