Good Points
TV delivered when stated. Five year guarantee included in price

Bad Points
Never knowingly undersold price policy does not apply to online purchases

General Comments
I've been told I can get a refund on Sony TV we paid £780 and it is now £599.99. Unfortunately, because I bought it online there is no refund offered. In future I will be going in to the store.
