Good Points
More features than my previous phone..? Even though half of them are so user unfriendly that I wouldn't bother.

Bad Points
Transferring music from PC to phone using the PC suite converts music files to aac format which then play in mono sound through one earphone speaker only!!?
Camera shutter opens while in bag - difficult to avoid as camera shutter also makes it difficult to buy a protective case.
Had an old Nokia 6210 before this one and it was much quicker to do simple things like send and receive text messages, set the timer etc.
Is it just me - or are you unable to set an automatic keypad lock on this phone? I couldn't find it anyway.
Seems to connect to the internet when you don't even want to.
Difficult to quickly stop a song playing when you need to switch off.
Earphones need to connect through little shuttle keypad thing rather than directly to phone.

General Comments
Initial excitement of having a new phone (and associated 2 year contract unfortunately) quickly replaced by annoyance, frustration and disappointment. Luckily the service provider has agreed to replace with a Sony Ericsson w810 - older model but better.
