I only wish that I had read the reviews on this site before proceeding with this lender. They are shambolic to say the least. I am an existing customer moving from tracker to a fixed rate mortgage and it is 6 weeks since my application and still no conclusion. I never receive updates on progress , they have made numerous mistakes their end only to delay the application further and then get annoyed when you chase them for updates. Please do not make the same mistake avoid them at all costs.
