“Two Mahogany-finish windows”

We contacted the company as 12 years earlier we had had several windows from the company which have remained as good as new. We needed two more in order to replace ageing Crittal windows. The Salesman was punctual,very smart, personable and non pushy. He enabled us to make our initial choice and calculated the price. These were not cheap windows. We wanted quality items that were to last well and matched the existing frames perfectly.

The surveyor was really excellent. He enabled us to considerably refine our original choice such that we were able to select windows which match the previously installed ones and meet our requirements.
The installation team were held up on a previous job and therefore arrived late. They were very personable, well organised and tidy workers. Arriving late meant that they finished the job in the dark, Fortunately I have good floodlighting. The end result was excellent with virtually no damage to the plasterwork and rendering. The windows are a prefect fit, look superb and open and close with a pleasingly solid feel. Should I need more windows I will contact Softview first.
