Item was ordered May 29. Partial refund issued Jan 23. DVDmagnet claims the item was damaged and returned to them. They issued a partial refund less the shipping and insurance. I was never given the option of a replacement DVD. I definitely would not recommend this company. They haven't responded to my emails or the complaint with Paypal.
