General Comments
Do not under any circumstances try to call them, the average wait for them to answer calls is 40 minutes!! You are told what number you are in the queue but the speed at which you go down the numbers to 1 is so slow I am convinced that there is only 1 person answering the phone! I called the other evening at 17.25 it took me 6 minutes to get through the press 1 for this and 2 for that, then I got to the music which I listened to for 10 minutes before I had to hang up to answer the door, when I re dialed I was told that the offices closed at 17.30, so you could hang on for over an hour when they are closed!! The call center appears to be UK based but is split into sections and they won't transfer you and they can't answer simple questions, I have no respect for them at all!
