Good Points
Helpful, excellent prices, good range of parts.

Bad Points
So far only the wait in the phone queue.

General Comments
Well i ordered a Maxtor 5400 hard drive plus a cd-rom drive from ebuyer. They emailed me back right away saying that all the maxtor 40gig hd's had all been recalled, but i recieved my cd-rom drive, on time, anyway. I phoned them up, it's a massive wait to get through, and the girl was very helpful, she looked for similar drives and came up with a seagate with similar specs and price. She then ordered it up for me, 'next day delivery', and without a delivery charge !!
Great stuff.
