Good Points
Easy to use and quick to heat up.
Excellent carpet stain removal and carpets dry quickly.

Bad Points
Steamer only lasted 14 months.

General Comments
The Dirt Devil Handy 1000 watt steamer provides good cleaning power but not very reliable.
