General Comments
I ordered a PC Case on the 19th October. Then I received an email to say it's not actually in stock (even though the website said it was!) so cancelled, and ordered a different one on the 22nd October. The transaction went through ok, they debited my credit card, and that was that, or so I thought.
Its now 5th November and my goods are still 'awaiting despatch' Two 40 minute phone calls to customer support have resulted in me being told there was no reason why the goods hadn't been despatched, and they'd be sent out next day. IM STILL WAITING!!
Their eNote system is next to useless. An automated reply said it was be delivered 'next day/in 3 days' - take your pick! The next eNote hasn't been replied to - 3 working days later!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EBUYER - THEY ARE HOPELESS - THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO GOODS!!!!
