I have been a Spamjab user for several years and have always found them to be efficient and customer-oriented. This year, however, I was advised in October/November that the service would be down for two hours due to a server maintenance issue. After received no emails for 2 days I telephoned to see what the problem was and was told off-handedly that they would be back on line "soon". I sent them an email to cancel my subscription on renewal at the beginning of Dec 2010. Neverthetless, I got a renewal notice and then had a change of heart and paid up via PayPal sending Spamjab an email apologising for the about turn. My payment went through and then I received an advisory from Support@Spamjab telling me that the service was stopped. After several emails and telephone calls, a week later it still had not been restored and no answers to my emails were ever received. Indeed the phone calls always seemed to be answered by some guy called Mike who always seemed surprised to have been called. Pretty academic as he never seemed to do anything about the calls. Now I am in a PayPal dispute trying to get my £25 back. Don't know what has happened but they seem to be in terminal decline.
