Good Points
Low price, fast delivery.

Bad Points
Apalling Returns service.

General Comments
eBuyer are good.. unless something is faulty, in which case it takes them 3 weeks to test and replace and then they will not refund the return cost (even if it's their problem), wiping out the cost saving.

As a small systems builder who doesn't keep stock, this delay upsets me and my customers.

Use them but don't expect good service, just low price.
