Good Points
This company began with good intentions, I'm sure.
Bad Points
Without notification (although told I was sent an email) they changed the price plan from £14.99 + a decreasing Gig usage (£4 first gig, £2 second gig, £1 third gig etc) to a flat rate of £1 per gig. Noticed it in the first month and cost me an extra £25!
On complaining to the company, the member of staff I spoke to was dismissive of my problem. I have looked into this, and an email does not form a contract without the recipient replying, and even then it is arguable grounds.
General Comments
The costs can be extreme on this new price band, and also their compassion for customers who have been stung by their changes has been less than noble!
Based on my experience with Seriously Internet, I can not recommend them.
