Bad Points
Can't get through to supplier

General Comments
I ordered a bouquet from Flying Bouquets in 2004 for my aunt's birthday and they arrived on time and were apparently fantastic. My aunt then ordered two bouquets in 2005 (after receiving a great bouquet from me). One had a delivery error and they were in a pretty sad state when they arrived. The second bouquet for her mother-in-law never arrived. To this day my aunt cannot get in touch with them via email or telephone.
