Flowers did not arrive, not able to contact the company either by email or by phone. flowers are paid for.

General Comments
Absolutely appalled by Flying Bouquets. Flowers ordered and money taken out of account. Still awaiting flowers when they were supposed to arrive by 27th November for a special birthday. Cannot contact the company and the website has now vanished. Have contacted Trading Standards and they want to talk to me further but they also want to hear from others who have had problems with them.
