They lost my order for a personalised Christmas card. They sent an email with an order number saying it would be dispatched but it never was.

The email included a link to the order, but when I got online my history was empty. Lucky I had the email for proof.

When challenged they never explained why the order was missing and blamed the postman. They told me to give it another day and if it didn't turn up they would put a credit on my account.

I don't want a credit as I won't be using them again. Luckily I paid by Paypal so they will eventually have to cough up.

I used them because a link on Flickr took me there. Flickr need to review their business relationships
