Excalibur Is A Great, Great Film, And Although It
Excalibur is a great, great film, and although it is more than 25 years old (1981), it really holds up. It's a dark, atmospheric, fantasy (fantasy, what am I talking about, it's a legend you eejit) retelling of the tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, that will grip you from the beginning to end.
The music adapted from Wagner and Orff really fits well, making this a must for all you fantasy fans out there.
Hey, if you're not a fantasy fan, watch it anyway!
