Much like others I was denied because my phone is a prepaid cell. The money was placed "on hold" and I am currently arguing with an agent to have the money immediately released. The fact that they PRECHARGED my account before validating who I "really" am is OUTRAGEOUS. We will not under any circumstances do business with this company again.
