Good Points
Value for money - no minimum call charge

Bad Points
Don't seem to have got their act together yet

General Comments
The Post Office Phone Service - Applied over a month ago. Acknowledgement letter came quickly, but no action since. Rang Customer Services - answered quickly but couldn't explain delay or give any estimate of when I might be connected.
