“I will never buy anything from Toys R Us / Babies R Us...”

I will never buy anything from Toys R Us / Babies R Us ever again.



I recently purchased a Silver Cross Pop Sport buggy for my 8 month old son, which is not very good at all. I returned it to Babies R Us after 2 weeks as my son was always slouched in the buggy (no matter how I altered the straps). The straps cut into his neck and he had very bad chaffing. The staff in the store saw the damage caused my son's neck and they refuse to accept that the product is 'not fit for purpose' and will not give me my money back.



I have been dealing with people at the store and head office and they all have a very careless and dismissive way about them. They're very rude and have made me very upset and stressed.



I still have no pushchair and no money returned - it's outrageous!
