Bad Points
Toshiba Model 52HM84 purchased in 2005 for over $2300. We have replaced three engines, three light bulbs and have been unable to watch for a total of 3 months. When the parts finally do arrive (after 3 weeks) they are defective. When you try to get help from Toshiba, they do not respond in time, nor do I think they care.

General Comments
I purchased the extended warranty from the store, thank goodness, but when that runs out and I have to pay for another engine, which is doomed to failure, again, I will not be purchasing another Toshiba product.
