None what so ever in my experience.

General Comments
Arrived at hotel to find no room for us in my opinion. Tried calling Laterooms and always told someone would call us back. Had booked 3 night stay over Bank Holiday (had traveled to attend friends wedding) and had to find our own alternative at an extra cost of £210. No help at all from Laterooms, finally (7 days later) spoke to Manager who I personally found unhelpful when I told her I did not feel it fair I had lost so much money and they nor the hotel would offer any kind of recompense as far as I am concerned. Do not recommend Late Rooms.
