Bad Points
Not really a bad point, but if you're the type who wants to go just about anywhere, even off-road trails, then this stroller is not the one for you. Instead, try the I'coo Photon/Platon. They still look like the Pico, except the wheels are 12 inches, and the Platon has got air ones.

General Comments
If you live in a city and sometimes spend time in a country setting, the Mothercare I'coo Pico 4 stroller would be good for you. Not recommended for some serious off roading though. Even if the wheels are big, they are still made out of PVC. I myself live in the city, but the beaches and farm areas are still near enough to us. This stroller has worked perfectly for me at the mall, the grocery store, the playgrounds, and some grassy open areas. It is light enough, but not that light, so it is sturdy and the baby sits comfortably in it. I also own a Maclaren, and one day it was so windy by the seaside, that even with the brakes on the stroller almost got blown away. And also, the Icoo doesn't tip over easily if you've got bags on it's handle strapped to a hook. That's why I decided to purchase this stroller, and it has worked perfectly for me. It is still light enough to put in my car to go to the mall or grocery. But it also performs perfectly for long walks in the countryside and seaside. So, I can say that this stroller has been a ten for me in the setting and environment where my baby and I live.
