“Won't let Phillips equipment in my house !”

Good Points
Nothing special for this (over)price range. The bad points explain why I cannot give anything other than zero under 'Value for Money'.

Bad Points
Where do I start...this model replaced a previous model (free of charge, the complaints were a long list) but frequently hung when recording (download Software upgrades the answer...dear me!) and is now totally locked on start-up. Phillips suggestion? Pay a third party to fix it....are Phillips joking ? Just not worth it as I'll have another problem in a few weeks. Bin job/ write-off will save money.
