Cheap calls (0p per min to UK landlines, 2 per min to most international destinations)

Bad Points
The connection charge was increased from 2p to 3p, then 4p and now 5p per call over a period of 6 months without prior notice. 2p and 5p isn't a big difference, but in the long run (say you make multiple calls every day), that's 3p difference, and that is something. If the trend continues, who knows if one day they'll increase it to 10p per call, and imagine, you'll only know it when you diligently check your bill!
General Comments
The Call 11866 website looks attractive, and the deal WAS attractive at the beginning (when I joined in late 2005). However, I have a feeling that the company is not totally straight with their customers with their semi-hidden charges. (technically you can't say they've cheated on customers, as the connection charge is displayed on the right hand side of the screen as one of those small prints). I still think 5p per call is a bargain (as it stands now), but once it hits 10p (or whatever it is in the future), I think it'll make more sense to switch to Skype or other internet phone service providers, rather than sticking to my old landline phone.
