Good Points
Very sturdy and feels very solid. Easy to use. A good camera for the novice. Good value for money.

Bad Points
Lack of cable release. No depth-of-field preview. Unreliable metering.

General Comments
This is a good camera for the novice. It is easy to use, feels great to hold and is sturdy and durable.
However, it's not appropriate for someone who has used SLR's before, except as a backup. If you are upgrading from a manual SLR, it will pay to go for an intermediate camera, and maybe add extra lenses over time. I found the metering to be poor in anything but ideal conditions. The autofocus is slow, particularly with long lenses.
Before you buy, ask yourself what sort of photographer you are:
As a novice, go for it, it will serve you well;
Intermediate - spend more money; the results from the F60 will only frustrate you.
