I felt like I was dealing with a fly-by-night company. For example, they advertise three options for depositing money.

(1) "ATMs." I went to SIX different ATMs they listed. Two did not exist, and the rest did not allow Everbank transactions. When I emailed them about this, they just cut and pasted the list right back to me.

(2) "Deposit money from home with your scanner." They don't mention that by "eligible customers," they mean you can submit an application for the privilige after 8 months.

(3) Mail. When you run out of their special envelopes, they bill you $8.95 for more. After this, I closed my account.
