General Comments
It's been 18 days since they received my letter requesting my maturing CD be closed, and they still haven't even cut the check. I have called them 5 times; 3 separate times their customer support told me that the terms and conditions say they have 30 days to close an account. On the last call, I finally asked them to show me where in the terms and conditions it said that. I was immediately put on hold and then a supervisor came on the line and admitted that there was no such condition. When I asked him why I was told otherwise three times, he said "If the first person you spoke with told you 30 days, then why did you keep calling us?" Absolutely unreal.
