Good Points
Cheap.
Choice of type of server site to be hosted on including Win2003, Linux).
Webspace doubled recently.
5 FTP accounts.
200 standard mailboxes (20 MB).
5 Advanced mailboxes (1 GB in size and pop3 and smtp server addresses).
Webmail.
Site hardly ever down.
Good Communication.

Bad Points
I can't think of any.

General Comments
I have been with Fasthosts for a over 2 years and have never ever had a problem with them. I have not got a business that relies on the site being up all the time but my site has never been down for longer than a day max, and Fasthost always drop me an email to advise when this may happen.

Recently, my webspace has been doubled at no extra cost, my advanced mailbox size has gone from 100MB to 1 GB. Instead of 3 of these, I now have 5. Add the 200 regular mailboxes...very impressive. I also have 5 FTP accounts and 20 sub-domains. Fantastic. Love them to bits.

Cost wise, I think it is very cheap. I appreciate there are others that are a little cheaper but I have not been with anyone else and will not do until I have a major issue. Hopefully, that will never happen.

In conclusion, I don't know why all these other people have so many problems and I for one, would recommend them to anyone.
