Good Points
When the service works, it's okay. Little down time.
Bad Points
Absolutely ridiculous billing policy and very poor support desk. Laissez-faire attitude.
General Comments
On the basis that when something goes wrong they made little effort to sort it out, so I will never use them again. They double billed me and obtaining a refund was a nightmare. Definitely not customer focussed. They would rather lose business than work to sort out any situation, which means that if they don't value my business I won't use them.
