Beautiful picture on website, but.....
Bad Points
....it never arrived! M&S did not reply so far to our contact via their website feedback form, no response to our Xmas Eve (morning) cry for help until after Boxing Day - 'so sorry, refunding money' - which is no good when you are 5000 miles away and have promised a hamper to someone in the UK!
General Comments
We were sending a Christmas hamper to friends whilst we were away on holiday. No hamper 2 days after despatch, no reply from M&S via feedback page. No hamper by Christmas Eve, tried again, no reply from M&S until an email after Boxing Day. Apologies, and a refund! What we needed was a hamper delivered.
No reply yet either to our final feedback form. Poor customer service.
