Never got the hamper!

General Comments
Ordered Marks And Spencer Christmas Hamper six weeks in advance, dispatch date was quoted as eight days after order placed with delivery date ten days after dispatch.

Seventeen days after order there had been no delivery.

Check the web site to track the order and still no tracking info available.

Called M&S to check delivery and was told it had been delivered two days before the date in the email confirmation! According to the tracking information they had a signature? So that would be for the person, me, that never got the delivery!

None of this information was on the site tracking information

Customer service had no idea what was going on but all of a sudden the web site said I had a refund?
