Good Points
Stephen and Holly make a good team, funny atmosphere and great cartoons and competitions.

Bad Points
Could be a bit messier, hardly an audience can join in.

General Comments
The Ministry of Mayhem is a great children's programme on an early morning of Saturday, the guests seem to have fun and the presenters (Stephen and Holly) have a great laugh with camera guys and crew. There is constantly a funny atmosphere and could make even the toughest people laugh. 10/10 stars, one problem is that the audience don't get to join in enough.
