General Comments
The meals we had at Penrhiwllan Inn- The Restaurant included sauteed king prawns in lemon and coriander and smoked duck and orange salad. Both wonderful flavours. The main course was the finest filet steak I have ever had with my wife enjoying filet of sea bass. Superb. Later in the same week we tried venison blanquette and wild salmon in a 'Teifi' sauce, quite breathtaking. The desserts varied from home made apple and blackberry crumble to the most exquisite dark chocolate mousse. I recommend the beef fillet!
