Good Points
Food, lots of different choices, staff always polite and really helpful. Family room great for a family of 5.

Bad Points
Entertainment and seating area and other guests!!

General Comments
We were a party of 10, 4 adults and 6 children, and came back from a two week holiday at the end of August 08. We had two family rooms on the 9th floor, the rooms were fantastic, loads of room and were cleaned every day and clean towels when required, they even came to clean the rooms and change the beds in the middle of the night when the children where sick so no complaints there.

The noise from the other guests at night was a nightmare!! The teenagers thought it would be good to hangout on the fire escape at the end of the corridor and would run up and down also some adults who you would think would know better would come in late at night shouting!!!

We had no complaints about the food always lots of choice and topped up regularly, and you never had to wait too long for a table and all 10 of us always found something we liked.

The evening entertainment well that's a different matter we found the whole set up a nightmare we had two children aged 2 in our party and the seating arrangements were hell for us the stadium style seats the kids just wanted to run up and down the stairs!! and the seats and tables well unless you went really early you never got one (people saved them for others that never turned up)! Also we thought the entertainment could have been much better and alround we were not impressed.

The hotel offers lots of extras i.e. trampolines, pedalos and amusement park but these are all at an extra cost and the tennis courts you need to book well in advance as they are always booked up (yet the were not used much)!!

The other reviews are right the other guest are the real problem why do people save sunbeds & never use them!! and do people not have bins at home because I aim sure these people don't have maids to clear up after them yet they go on holiday and just throw stuff all over the place.

We recommend the beach as its lovely but the free buses are a waste of time you can walk it quicker (about 20 mins) and its less hassle.

All in all we had a great holiday we ate loads and would go back to Alcudia again but not this hotel, shame really as the staff work so hard.
