Good Points
A clean and spacious hotel in what should have been a quiet location. Pleasant dining room which looked inviting. The swimming pool was very nice and well maintained.
Bad Points
Bathroom facilities were very poor. The small hand basin was unattached to the pedestal. The shower did not have a proper tray and flooded the whole room.
In all my years of bed and breakfast accommodation I have never been so insulted by one bread roll, one jam and one butter. It is unbelievable that a hotel can operate serving only this.
General Comments
If this is all Thomas Cook can provide for a three star hotel we shall not book with them again. This is our first and last time with this tour operator.
