General Comments
I have bought regulary from at competitive prices. I have recently not recieved an item and the customer services I have recieved have been appauling. My account has been charged over two weeks ago but because I haven't recieved the item I am made to wait until they have tracked the item before they will send out a letter before I can reclaim my money back this can altogether take upto 3 weeks. A customer service adviser even put the phone down on me becuase I asked to speak without her interrupting me. Never again will I purchase from this TV programme.
