Bought a well maintained 17 year old Kawasaki ZG1000 Concours (GTR 1000) this spring and am most impressed. Engine and tranny are still tight, no leaks any where. Feels like a fighter pilot next to my "bi-plane" 82 BMW R100. Starts instantly and soon settles into a smooth idle. For a 600lb motorcycle the handling and power is first rate. Love to climb on in the morning and head into the mountains of southern BC and northern Washington State. 500 miles later I ease back into my driveway with a satisfied soul.
