Good Points
Shock & water resist Memory size for phone/address book Notes (with passwords!) Handsfree in the phone (speakerphone) Small Standby time IR Great screen ! dictaphone Calender Shortcuts to menu options or phone numbers (most Nokia's only allow shortcuts to phone numbers)

Bad Points
Only 50 appointments Need more memory for SMS Only 10 notes, each 50 characters

General Comments
This is an excellent phone. I haven't seen anything in the market yet (including 6310i) that I would buy to replace it.
