The aggro and hassle I had getting these tickets, for which I had paid extra to get secure, insured postage, which never happened, was unbelievable. My friend's name was on the email asking for feedback because in the end, one working day before the concert, I had to get the tickets emailed to her home , where we were staying prior to the concert. I will never, ever use this company again, and neither will any of the many friends I have told about this experience.
